The Truth About Hope (and why it’s not just for the religious)

I’m here to reclaim hope — for the non-religious. Because hope isn’t holy. It’s human. 🕊️

In this video, I’m opening up about the truth about hope — what having hope truly means, why it matters, and why it’s not just for the religious.

As someone who used to be part of the church, I once thought hope belonged to faith. But when I left, I had to rediscover it… and learn that hope was still mine all along.

This story is personal — it’s about healing, mental health, and remembering that hope belongs to every one of us. It’s for anyone who’s ever lost faith, felt broken, or needed a reason to keep going. I also asked my community what hope means to them, and their answers will move you.

From surrender and resilience, to art and courage — hope shows up in the quietest, most human ways.
